In collaboration with Identity, Inc. and Liberty’s Promise, we provide support to at-risk Latino youth and families.
We address health and well-being through programs focused on:
- Physical activity
- Leadership
- Positive behaviors
To support families, we also offer services including:
- Case management
- Individualized plans
- Group interventions
