Ama tu Vida

Be Healthy. Be Active. Love your Life!

The Ama tu Vida campaign promotes health and wellness through year-round activities, events, workshops and more by:

  • Organizing local walking groups and 5K walk/run events
  • Delivering Healthy Eating Workshops
  • Hosting the Ama tu Vida Community Health Fair offering free health screenings and community health resources

Health is more than just the absence of disease.  We can all improve our physical, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being by committing to life-long healthy habits and incorporating disease prevention strategies.
